Dunlop bearings, power transmission and motion transfer linkages are proudly manufactured by BTL LTD in the UK, the EU, as well as Asia. Our headquarters is based in Ashford, Kent, UK with our combined UK sites extending to over 100,000 square feet (over 9,200 square metres) which are dedicated to administration, warehousing, and manufacturing facilities where 25,000 individual products are stocked, as well as thousands of custom-made items manufactured to customers unique specifications.

State of the Art Manufacturing

All BTL product manufacturing sites use state of the art production machinery, including multi-head CNC lathes, milling machines, and vertical machining centres, 6 spindle automatic lathes, pneumatic presses and countless purpose-built production machinery giving the ability to product precision components in both low and high volumes.

At BTL, we don’t just invest in machinery, we invest in the training of younger employees to ensure new techniques are always being brought into the manufacturing process.

As a socially and environmentally responsible manufacturer we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. Our manufacturing facilities have been designed to eliminate pollution and waste reduction management is in place.
